Parfait Paris is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Macaron Production Specialist to join our commissary bakery team. Our central production facility supplies fresh pastries and desserts to all 10 Parfait Paris retail locationsthroughout San Diego County.

This is a production-focused role specializing in the piping, filling, assembling, and finishing of macarons. We are looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, precision, and craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Compensation

• $19 to $20 per hours based on experience
• Fix schedule Monday to Friday
• 2 days off
• opportunity to grow in the company and become full time

Responsibilities

• Pipe fillings and assemble macarons with accuracy and consistency
• Fill, finish, and decorate products according to company standards
• Follow recipes, procedures, and production schedules precisely
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Assist with ingredient preparation and other production tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals supporting 10 retail bakery locations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pastry or bakery production experience
• Strong piping skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures consistently
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Highly organized and able to maintain focus in a production environment
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Flexible and adaptable to changing production priorities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within the company
