Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Eden Care Center. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to medically fragile children, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care.
• Monitor and assess patients' health, including vital signs and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other team members to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Offer support and education to patients' families, ensuring they are well-informed about the care provided.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment tailored to meet the unique needs of medically fragile children.

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license in California.
• While pediatric experience is preferred, we welcome LVNs with diverse healthcare backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously in a collaborative healthcare setting.
• Deep dedication to providing compassionate care to medically fragile children.
• CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
