Job Description
We are seeking an experienced JD Workflow Orchestrator with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Legal & Compliance operations, and Tonkean AI workflow orchestration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing and implementing AI-powered workflow solutions that streamline business processes, improve governance, and drive operational excellence across enterprise environments.
This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business, technology, compliance, and customer-focused initiatives while delivering scalable workflow automation solutions. Candidates must have experience supporting consumer-facing, customer-centric, and product-related business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, AI/ML, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions, workflow automation, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, or intelligent automation.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered workflow solutions, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Proven experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, or Regulatory business functions.
- Experience architecting and implementing AI-powered business solutions supporting governance, compliance, document intelligence, knowledge management, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Enterprise Architecture teams to operationalize Generative AI solutions integrating foundation models, enterprise data, governance controls, and business processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting consumer-facing, customer-centric, and product-related business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tonkean AI or other workflow orchestration and intelligent automation platforms.
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or AI Transformation Lead.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with document intelligence, knowledge management, and enterprise content management platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation technologies and workflow orchestration frameworks.
