Assistant Community Manager
Rohnert Park, CA | $28-35/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a thriving residential community in Rohnert Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing professional looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in community operations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day property operations and resident services
- Assist with rent collection, resident communications, and lease administration
- Coordinate resident requests and ensure timely issue resolution
- Partner with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction
- Assist with reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of property management or leasing experience
- Experience with Entrata preferred; Yardi accepted
- Strong resident relations and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to experienced leasing professionals seeking career advancement
Schedule & Perks
- Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
