The Watkins Firm | San Diego, CA | $175,000– $225,000
About the Firm
The Watkins Firm's transactions team closes over $100 million in M&A per year. Our litigation team defends and prosecutes multi-million dollar business, employment, and real estate disputes — every day.
All 10 of our attorneys serve as lead counsel, supported by senior attorneys, experienced paralegals, and staff. Unlike other boutique law firms, every attorney has a path to partnership and all base and bonus compensation offered are 100% guaranteed.
The Watkins Firm has no minimum billable hour requirement and pays more per hour than "Big Law." The firm is growing. We have no turnover. We have one position left.

You're a competitive litigator who wants full exposure and fair compensation for every hour you work. You're trusted by clients, respected by your peers, and comfortable taking the lead on high-stakes matters. You care about your clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- California Bar admission
- Experience in business, employment, and/or real estate litigation
- Strong client communication skills
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Proficient with modern legal technology: MS Suite, cloud-based systems, and AI tools
- NetDocuments knowledge preferred
- Trial preparation and trial experience preferred
