- Manage NCAA Division III compliance, student-athlete eligibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor academic progress and collaborate with campus partners to support student-athlete success.
- Serve as liaison with conference officials and prepare required NCAA reports.
- Provide game-day administration, postseason support, and assist in resolving stakeholder concerns.
- Lead student-athlete education, leadership programs, and special events.
- Support departmental operations, budgeting, travel, contracts, compliance, fundraising, and admissions initiatives.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative student staff.
