Job DescriptionMammography Technologist (Contract)
Location: California 95422
Pay: $2,424 – $2,716/week
Shift: Day Shift, 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs, 0700–1730)
Position Summary
-
Perform specialized breast imaging procedures to support diagnosis and treatment of breast disease

Operate mammography equipment and assist with advanced procedures

Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using strong clinical and technical judgment
Key Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms

Assist with breast biopsies and related procedures
-
Ensure patient safety, education, and comfort
-
Produce quality images and maintain accurate documentation
-
Follow safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Requirements
-
Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology – Required

Certifications/Licensure:
-
California Radiologic Technologist License (RT) – Required

Mammography Technologist License (MRT) – Required
-
ARRT-R (Radiography) – Required
-
BLS Certification – Required

Preferred:

ARRT-M (Mammography)

Fluoroscopy License
-
Venipuncture Certification

Prior Mammography experience

Volpara MRS System

Hologic Mammography Machine

GE Dexa Machine
