**As the CNC Mill-Turn Machinist, your responsibilities will include
**

Set up and operate CNC mill-turn machining centres to produce components to specification.

Review daily production schedules and prepare machines, tooling, and fixtures to support required job orders.

Perform machine setups, tool offsets, and programme adjustments to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.

Maintain machinery through routine lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.

Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Inspect completed components using precision measuring equipment to verify compliance with blueprint and dimensional requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and safety.
**As the CNC Mill-Turn Machinist, you will bring
**

Three to six years of CNC machining experience, including mill-turn or multi-axis machining centres, within a production environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately.

Experience using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment.

Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining practices for a variety of materials.
