Aelott AC Heating & Plumbing is a small business in Escondido, CA that offers HVAC and Plumbing Services. We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their products and services and handling both inbound and outbound calls. We are interested in hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient individual who is comfortable speaking to our customers as well as our technicians. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Must be comfortable calling our customer base to advertise services
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
Scedule jobs, dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
Enter and update customer information accurately in ServiceTItan
Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups in ServiceTItan
Communicate effectively with technicians and management

Qualifications:
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
