Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a skilled and dependable OR Tech / Surgical Tech with the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced surgical environment. The Surgical Tech will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are readily available. To be successful, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a thorough understanding of surgical safety and sterile techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up the operating room before procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field and follow infection-control protocols.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team as needed.
- Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
- Assist with patient positioning and surgical site preparation.

Requirements: Years of Experience: 3 years(s) Charting System: Required, Epic BLS from AHA
