Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team focused on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role partners closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to develop data-driven, integrated marketing strategies.
Title: Strategic Planning Specialist
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid: Tue–Thu onsite)
Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
Pay Rate: $65.00 to $67.00 per hour on W2
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of media planning/strategy experience (agency background preferred)
- Strong experience in integrated media planning (digital, social, OOH, TV)
- Proven ability to leverage data and insights for campaign strategy
- Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution
- Proficiency with tools like MRI/Simmons, comScore, and social listening platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Audience and communications strategy expertise
- B2B/SMB campaign experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
