Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Inventory & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is a 50% warehouse and 50% computer-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while also handling administrative and inventory-related tasks.
Essential Job Duties
Warehouse Responsibilities (50%)
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Label, sort, and store products accurately.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Computer & Administrative Responsibilities (50%)
- Enter inventory data accurately into company systems.
- Update and maintain inventory records and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and generate inventory reports.
- Track product movement and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other computer systems to manage information.
- Communicate inventory issues or shortages to management.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and inventory experience preferred.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
