Green Smart Farmer is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmers to join our cultivation/production team.
This position is responsible for trimming cannabis flower, maintaining product quality, following compliance procedures, and keeping a clean, organized work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, focused, and able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Trim cannabis flower by hand to company quality standards
Remove excess leaves while preserving flower structure and appearance
Sort, weigh, and handle product carefully
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow all company SOPs and cannabis compliance rules
Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality
Assist with other cultivation or production tasks as needed
Work well with supervisors and team members
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Prior cannabis trimming experience preferred, but not required
