Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient) - Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri (4 - 5 Days/Weekly) (No Weekend, Night)
Setting: Outpatient Facility | New Grads Can Also Apply
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. The PTA will work alongside Physical Therapists to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care and help patients achieve their functional goals.
Responsibilities
· Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
· Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation support
· Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
· Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
· Support discharge planning and continuity of care
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
· Active PTA license required
· Experience in outpatient or skilled nursing settings preferred
· Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
· Experience with orthopedic rehab, geriatrics, or home health is a plus
