We are looking for an experienced Onsite Lead / Supervisor to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. If you have experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse supervision, or team leadership and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll help manage daily operations, support employees, and work closely with our client to ensure staffing and production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
- Ensure the client has the staffing needed to meet production goals.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Track employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and the client.
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Promote a safe work environment by following company and client policies.
- Help improve employee engagement and retention.
- Bilingual is an asset.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse supervision, or team leadership.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
