What You’ll Do
- Deliver a seamless, high-end client experience from first interaction to delivery
- Build and manage a strong personal pipeline using CRM, video, and follow-up discipline
- Guide clients through both in-store and remote/online purchase experiences
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor—not just a salesperson
- Collaborate with management and support teams to maximize every opportunity
- Consistently perform at a high level and exceed sales targets

- Proven track record of high performance in sales (automotive not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with luxury clientele
- Tech-forward mindset—comfortable using digital retailing tools
- High level of professionalism, urgency, and accountability
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to be among the best
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients at once
- Sales and or Finance Manager experience welcomed

Requirements:
- Two to four years sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Lexus products preferred.
- Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills including being able to overcome objections.
- Outstanding organization and communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
- Valid Sales License.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
