Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay $24-28/hr doe
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technical Specialist to support the production of high-precision microcircuit components. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, consistency, and functionality of sensitive electronic parts used in advanced applications.
This position requires strong focus, steady hand coordination, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, directly impacting product performance and reliability
- Operate manufacturing equipment including bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools
- Handle delicate and sensitive materials with precision and care
- Follow strict quality standards with strong attention to detail and controlled, deliberate movements
- Work independently under the direction of a coordinator to meet production goals
- Collaborate professionally with engineering teams, trainers, and fellow operators to maintain high standards
- Identify and communicate issues through established chain-of-command processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to handle and process multiple materials simultaneously
- Experience working with delicate or sensitive products
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using microscopes in a manufacturing or lab setting
- Previous experience in microelectronics, semiconductor, or precision assembly environments
Training
Training will be provided based on your current skill level, experience, and ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies. The scope and duration of training will vary depending on individual capabilities.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
