Job Title: Mid-Level Supervisor

Location: Stockton, CA (In-Person)

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

What You’ll Do

As a Mid-Level Supervisor / Graduate Fellow, you will oversee ABA therapy protocols, mentor technicians, and support families while ensuring high clinical standards:

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise behavior technicians, conduct field trainings, oversee RBT competency assessments/re-certifications, and train staff on ABA techniques and documentation.
  • Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments to create and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBA team.
  • Direct Care & Implementation: Provide direct patient care, program modifications, and hands-on support during clinical sessions.
  • Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct parent training and maintain ongoing communication with families regarding treatment progress.
  • Data & Compliance: Overseational data collection, ensure treatment fidelity, and maintain complete compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Leadership Teams: Participate in internal committees (e.g., Training & Performance) to help shape team culture and practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Currently enrolled in (or completed) a Master’s degree program in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
  • Certification Goals: Actively seeking BCBA certification.
  • Clinical Experience: Proven experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities in clinical or educational settings.
  • Core Knowledge: Strong foundation in ABA principles, behavioral interventions, data collection methods, and HIPAA standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational habits, and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience in clinical supervision or staff training is a major plus.
