Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or related role preferred
- Enthusiasm for helping students grow academically and socially

- Flexibility to adapt to varying teacher, student, and classroom needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow school policies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons by providing targeted support to individual students or small groups
- Support classroom management and create an encouraging learning atmosphere
- Work with students who have special needs, using accommodations as directed by educators
- Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities
- Foster a respectful, safe, and welcoming classroom that promotes student engagement
