Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The Production Associate prepares, produces, and packages blended raw materials for customers in a regulated clean room environment. This role follows strict cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures while working with amino acids, vitamins, and fine chemicals to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials according to established formulas and production instructions.
- Operate production equipment to blend, mix, and process amino acids, vitamins, and fine chemicals.
- Package finished products accurately and safely, following all labeling and documentation requirements.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of machines, tools, and measuring equipment after each use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of respirators and personal protective equipment when mixing products.
- Handle materials safely, including consistently lifting 50–70 lbs as needed for production tasks.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report any issues or deviations to leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment
This role is based in a clean room production environment that follows strict GMP/GLP guidelines. Team members work with amino acids, vitamins, and fine chemicals using production and measuring equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLSBAD, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.79 - $22.79/hr.
