We are a gluten free scratch bakery specializing in bread with a growing wholesale component. Looking for a kind and experienced person to round out our team.
- Follow existing recipes
- Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients
Monitor oven temperatures, speed settings, mixing machines, and other baking equipment. - Bread + dough experience a must.
3-4x week/20-25 hours weekly
8:30am start time.
