This position involves managing guest check-ins, reservations, and handling inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Operating autonomously on rotating shifts, the Front Desk Agent ensures a smooth and pleasant guest experience while coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle reservations and update guest information accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest room readiness
