Operating autonomously on rotating shifts, the Front Desk Agent ensures a smooth and pleasant guest experience while coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and update guest information accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
