Lemon Law Attorney – California Litigation

A California consumer litigation firm is seeking attorneys with civil litigation experience to handle matters under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. The role includes drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, conferring with defense counsel, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cases for trial.

The firm is open to attorneys with lemon law experience or broader civil litigation backgrounds. California bar admission is required, though law clerks awaiting bar results may also be considered.

Compensation

• Entry-level compensation: $135,000–$145,000
• Senior lemon law attorneys (9+ years): $250,000–$260,000
• Bonus opportunities available
