We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail

• Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning (preferred)

• Reliable team players with dependable transportation

• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts when needed

• Managerial applicants must have previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facilities management

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned buildings and facilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation

• Execute periodic deep cleaning such as floor stripping/waxing and carpet shampooing

• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and chemicals

• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively

• For Manager positions: oversee cleaning crews, coordinate schedules, inspect quality of work, and liaise with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a consistent basis

• Demonstrated leadership skills (for supervisory roles)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
