This is a 100% on-site role based in Manassas, VA, for a 12‑month, $40 million project. While candidates may be located anywhere in the continental U.S., relocation to the project site is required.
The position is with a leading Construction Management Firm/Owner’s Representative specializing in commercial construction projects nationwide. The Project Manager will work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
Responsibilities
- Ensure project completion is on time and meets all quality and compliance standards
- Manage submittals and maintain project documentation in the database (~30% of role)
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) (~20%)
- Participate in key meetings (bid reviews, GC meetings, subcontractor meetings) (~20%)
- Oversee coordination with general contractors and project teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Construction/Project Management experience
- OR 10+ years of Project Management experience (if coming from a General Contractor experience)
- 5+ years working with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and vertical commercial construction projects
- Experience managing general contractors on commercial construction or data center projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data centers or AI campus projects
- in healthcare construction
- Owner’s Representative or Construction Management firm experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
