Desired Qualifications:
- Active or eligible California SLP or SLPA license
- Background in school-based or healthcare pediatric speech therapy settings
- Experience or interest in working with PreK-12 student populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy to support student learning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain effective records and complete documentation according to school policies
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Supervise, if credentialed, SLPAs as needed in accordance with state guidelines
