This role welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including those with their CCC, Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with school or healthcare backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible California SLP or SLPA license
  • Background in school-based or healthcare pediatric speech therapy settings
  • Experience or interest in working with PreK-12 student populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy to support student learning
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain effective records and complete documentation according to school policies
  • Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to student support strategies
  • Supervise, if credentialed, SLPAs as needed in accordance with state guidelines
