Pediatric Nurse Practitioner 
Elk Grove, California 
An established outpatient pediatric practice in Elk Grove is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The position offers competitive compensation, productivity incentives and the option of a four-day workweek. 
Compensation and Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>$120,000 to $140,000 annual salary </li>
<li>$12,000 to $14,000 productivity bonus potential </li>
<li>Four-day workweek option </li>
<li>Outpatient pediatric setting </li>
<li>Three-year employment agreement </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide primary care to pediatric patients </li>
<li>Conduct well-child and acute-care visits </li>
<li>Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions </li>
<li>Educate patients and families </li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Active California Nurse Practitioner license </li>
<li>Board certification </li>
<li>Pediatric clinical experience </li>
<li>Strong communication and patient-care skills </li>
