Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: San Diego, CA, Orange County, CA or Los Angeles (Remote or Hybrid Available)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its San Diego, Orange County or Los Angeles office. What You'll Work On:
- Managing civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
- Conducting legal research and managing written discovery
- Leading complex electronically stored information (ESI) discovery processes
- Utilizing AI-powered legal technology to enhance document review, legal research, and drafting
- Assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Developing litigation strategy and working directly with clients on complex matters
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience managing discovery and complex litigation matters
- Familiarity with ESI discovery and litigation technology preferred
- Interest or experience using AI-based legal tools is a plus
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to independently manage assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California and/or Nevada Bar admission required
