Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards. The role involves programming, setting up machines, and maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform precision measurements to ensure accuracy of parts
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production and reduce waste
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CNC Lathe operations is a plus
- Strong skills in precision measurement and metalworking
- Experience in machine setup and tooling is preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
