Working closely with a small team of 1-5 people, this role requires occasional travel and offers opportunities for growth in leadership and cross-departmental initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Degree in construction management or related field</li>
<li>Several years of proven construction project management experience</li>
<li>Strong budgeting and scheduling skills</li>
<li>Experience coordinating subcontractors</li>
<li>Solid leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>OSHA Safety Certification</li>
<li>Effective time management abilities</li>
