Position Overview:
\n
Go Rentals is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support their growing Western U.S. operations and help drive their people strategy, culture, and business success.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employment law compliance
- Support multi-state operations across the Western U.S., with a strong focus on California and other key western states
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to influence decision-making and improve organizational performance
- Collaborate with HR teams including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Learning & Development
- Travel up to 50% of the time to support field operations and build strong relationships with regional leaders and team members

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
- Must have experience supporting multi-state operations and dispersed workforces
- Strong knowledge of employment laws in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington
- Proven success in employee relations, leadership coaching, change management, and performance management
- Strong field support experience/ability to travel frequently throughout the Western region
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (Paycom, Workday, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Related industry experience highly preferred (ex. luxury, hospitality)
