H2 Event Group – Event Transportation Opportunities (San Diego, CA)
H2 Event Group is seeking experienced professionals to support transportation operations for a special event taking place in the San Diego area.
Local candidates from San Diego and the surrounding areas will be given priority consideration.
Available Positions
- Sprinter Drivers
- SUV Drivers
- Loaders
Assignment Dates: June 19 – June 21, 2026
Candidate Expectations
Drivers and Loaders must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while transporting VIP clients throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Valid personal auto insurance policy required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must successfully complete a background check
Availability Requirements
Candidates must be available for the full assignment period of June 19–21, 2026.
Daily Schedule / Hours
- 6-12 consecutive hours per day
- Exact start and end times will vary based on operational needs
- Daily schedules will be provided closer to the event date
Vehicle Types
Drivers may be assigned to operate:
- Sedan
- SUV
- Minivan
- Sprinter Van (for Sprinter Driver positions)
All vehicles will be provided by H2 Event Group. Fuel and approved vehicle-related expenses will be covered.
Professional Appearance Standards
- Clothing must be clean, pressed, and professional at all times
- No rips, tears, stains, or excessive wear
- Facial piercings are not permitted during working hours
- Visible tattoos must be covered while on duty
Uniform Requirements (Business Attire)
Drivers must provide their own professional business attire, including:
- Dark suit
- White button-down dress shirt
- Neutral-colored tie
- Dress pants
- Black dress shoes
Additional Requirements
- Background check completion is mandatory
- Candidates are responsible for providing their own uniform
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Experience transporting executives, VIPs, or corporate clients is preferred
