PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for carrying out daily cake and dessert productions based on given quantity, including icing, decorating, and preparing ingredients
- Follows and completes daily production quantity and pre-orders as requested
- Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the company
- Receive incoming supplies, restock and organize based on FIFO system
- Maintain clean work station and follow company sanitation standards
- Knowledgeable on basic food safety rules and safe handling procedures
- Utilize work hour efficiently and have great time management skills
- Be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Able to follow directions provided by store or corporate leadership
Qualifications
- Knowledge of baking and Skills/experiences related baking job
- Able to work well with others
- Communication skills and good team work
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements related to cake decorating and food preparation.
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Holiday availability is required.
- Flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and closing shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
