Job Title: GIS Technician
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 18 months
Pay range: $30/Hr to $35/Hr on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
Position Description
- Review field captured photographic evidence and document when key information is found
- Consolidation of research and field evidence and prepare documentation necessary to perform System of Record corrections
- Review work order documentation for specific key information and document when that information is found
- Validate Pole Asset location using tools such as, ArcGIS Online, Map3D, Google Earth, and Lidar
Required Skills/Attributes
Required/Desired Skills:
The Essentials
- Two or more years of experience working with Microsoft Excel Functions (e.g. Vlookup, IF)
- Experience working on cross-functional project teams
The Preferred:
- Associates degree in Geography, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS
- Experience with Records Management Systems (e.g. SAP, ESRI ArcGIS, SAS)
- Experience performing writing functions, consolidating & organizing documentation
