Job Description
Our client's office at Los Angeles is seeking an associate with 4 or more years of broad-based litigation experience to join their Litigation Department.
- Candidates should have excellent research, analytical and drafting skills, consistent attention to detail, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will also have experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial.
- Candidates should also have specific litigation experience on commercial litigation issues, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and/or breach of fiduciary duty. Additional experience in real estate, land use, trusts and estates, and intellectual property litigation is highly desirable.
- A strong academic record and admission to the California Bar are required.
