Position Description
Small and growing contract manufacturer with newer state-of-the-art CNC turning equipment has a need for an experienced mechanically oriented CNC lathe machinist who can create processes, set up, run lathes, program, trouble shoot and solve problems.
Qualifications
Employment Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in
• General manufacturing and machine shop practice
• CNC lathe machine set up, operate and run
Tooling, inserts and there selection
• Mechanical Precision inspection techniques and equipment
Personal Characteristics Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and persistence.
• Organized, prepared, and results-oriented; a self-starter.
Compensation
• Salary commensurate with experience and education.
• Medical, Retirement, vacation etc
