Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Experience

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally in person and by phone
  • Create a positive, helpful, and efficient customer experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage basic office coordination

Call Handling & Request Routing

  • Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and route requests to the right team member
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support high call volume with calm, friendly communication

Service Support (Training Provided)

  • Assist with common customer service tasks such as:
    • policy inquiries and basic information requests
    • collecting required documents
    • updating customer contact details
    • directing billing and claims questions appropriately
  • Learn workflows that support licensed service staff (Account Managers/Customer Service Reps)

Administrative & Office Support

  • Data entry, document scanning, emailing, and organizing digital files
  • Maintain neat, organized front office operations
  • Assist with light marketing/admin tasks as needed

Growth Path: From Receptionist to Team Member

  • Receive hands-on training in insurance fundamentals and customer service workflows
  • Build toward expanded service responsibilities after licensing
  • Opportunity to grow into a licensed service team member role based on performance and readiness

Candidate Profile

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
  • Customer service experience preferred (reception, retail, hospitality, call center, medical office, etc.)
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance industry
  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly encouraged and considered a major plus
  • Must be able and willing to obtain a Personal Lines insurance license (training support provided)

Licensing Requirement

  • Must obtain Personal Lines license (timeline and support to be discussed during hiring)
  • Licensing expenses may be reimbursed after 6 months (if applicable—confirm with your office policy)

Position Logistics

  • You may also receive coaching/training support from remote team members
