Project Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) - 92123
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.65/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Update project plans and maintain project records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to schedule work.
- Process and issue jobs within SAP.
- Interpret construction sketches and electrical metering information.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, planners, and project teams.
- Assist with problem-solving and project tracking.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, and Word.
- Experience using SAP (Production or Finance modules preferred).
- Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Construction industry experience.
- Familiarity with Nexus.
- Experience reading construction drawings or sketches.
