Responsibilities:
- Administer aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and other injectables
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Perform skin rejuvenation treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and treatment documentation
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and follow-up protocols
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control
- Build lasting client relationships to support retention and loyalty
Requirements:
- Active RN or NP license in the state of California (required)
- 1+ years of experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing
- Proficiency in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, artistic eye with a passion for aesthetic outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, boutique lounge setting
