We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perfom general maintenance, repais, and improvements on warehouse setting.
The ideal candidate has experience with basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsabilities
•Perfom routine maintenance and repair task
•Complete basic plumbing repairs
•Perform mino electrical work
•Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
•Keep work areas clean and organized.
Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- HVAC Technician Certifications are a PLUS.
- Proven experience as a Handyman, maintenance technician, or in similar role.
- Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, painting and general building maintenance
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up objects, climb ladders, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
- Must have a Valid California driver's license
- Must be over 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and Drug screen in accordance with California Law.
Typical work activities involve frequent grasping of tools and objects, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling/reaching below and above shoulder level.
Hours: 8 am-3:30 pm M-F.
Additional hours as needed may arise.
