Job DescriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire an Elementary Education Specialist, moderate to severe and early childhood special education teacher, for next school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic instruction in resource and inclusive settings for students in grades K–5
• Collaborate with general education teachers to design and implement appropriate supports and accommodations
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with California state standards
• Track student progress through data collection and adjust instruction to meet evolving learning needs

Qualifications:

• California Education Specialist Credential – Extensive Support Needs and Early Childhood Special Education
• Experience working with elementary-age students with disabilities preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
