Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead an upscale hotel in Manhattan Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of General Manager experience within an upscale or luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership across all operational disciplines, excellent communication skills, sound business acumen, and high emotional intelligence are essential.
