Requirements:

- 2-8 years of litigation experience.
- Deposition and motion practice experience, including drafting pleadings/motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules.
- Superior legal research and writing skills.
- Must be admitted to practice in California.

What You’ll Do:

- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Draft compelling motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses.
- Collaborate with and learn from a team of seasoned litigators.
- Work closely with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
