VP In-House Senior Real Estate Leasing Attorney Position

Large Privately-Held Real Estate industry corporation seeks to hire a senior real estate attorney to be their VP Senior Real Estate counsel.

Qualified candidates must have 8-20 years of very strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases – including retail, office and industrial. And must also have experience handling purchase and sale agreements and related loan documentation.

This is a fully in-person (not remote or hybrid) position located in the Los Angeles area.

Base salary range is $275,000–$325,000 plus a bonus and other unusually attractive benefits.

Candidates must be licensed Members of the California Bar.
