Position: Robotics & Automation Expert - Visual Reasoning Benchmark
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$125/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Source genuine professional artifacts such as workcell layouts, robot cell diagrams, and automation schematics.
• Author benchmark problems that require structural, spatial, and multi-step reasoning.
• Determine concise and unambiguous final answers for each problem.
• Write step-by-step worked solutions at a professional level.
• Tag each problem with domain, artifact type, skill tested, and difficulty.
• Collaborate with another domain expert for independent review before shipping.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience reading real robotics and automation artifacts.
• Ability to create problems that cannot be solved from text alone.
