Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must meet state board licensing requirements for Speech-Language Pathology
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Deliver engaging speech and language intervention sessions
- Carefully monitor and document student progress according to program guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and healthcare professionals for coordinated student support
- Educate and involve families throughout the therapeutic process to maximize student outcomes
