Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must meet state board licensing requirements for Speech-Language Pathology

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students’ unique needs
  • Deliver engaging speech and language intervention sessions
  • Carefully monitor and document student progress according to program guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and healthcare professionals for coordinated student support
  • Educate and involve families throughout the therapeutic process to maximize student outcomes
