We're looking for skilled and dependable experienced plumbers to join our growing team!

Projects Include:
- New Construction
- Single-Family Residential
- Multi-Family Residential
- Tenant Improvements (TI)
- Remodels & Commercial Projects
Compensation Range: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour*

What You'll Do:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, and drains)
- Handle residential and commercial projects, including remodels and new construction
- Complete timely and thorough plumbing work based on estimated deadlines
- Deliver clear communication and great customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
- Basic familiarity with ServiceTitan for dispatch and closure of jobs.
- Ability to communicate with Dispatch Manager on daily work and job status.
- Work closely with project leads and senior plumbers
- Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
- Experience in rough-in and finish plumbing
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or on ladders
- Tech-savvy enough to use apps for job tracking

- Background checks are conducted post-offer per the California Fair Chance Act (we review all cases individually)
- This role involves entering customer homes, business and job sites - professionalism and safety are non-negotiable
- English fluency required; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Hindi) are a plus
- Based in San Jose, CA, with dispatch from our local office
- *This compensation range is a good faith estimate of the expected wage range you can expect to be paid upon hire.
