Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing CFY
- Strong foundation in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP services
- Experience delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy for elementary-aged students
- Effective communication and collaborative skills with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create supportive, inclusive classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
- Stay current on best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
