What You’ll Bring:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and documentation
- Collaborative spirit to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to succeed in on-site, remote, or hybrid environments
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in-person, virtually, or both, depending on contract
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and educational regulations
