What You’ll Bring:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and documentation
  • Collaborative spirit to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to succeed in on-site, remote, or hybrid environments

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students’ needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in-person, virtually, or both, depending on contract
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and educational regulations
