Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With an increase in residency slots recently approved and a growing clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.
The Position
We are interested in candidates who have a strong passion for or fellowship training in Endourology. A key aspect of this role will be to expand our advanced stone and BPH program.
The ideal candidate will:
- Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
- Develop and manage a high-volume practice focused on stone diseases.
- Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting base compensation range is $300,000 - $400,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Eligibility for obtaining a California medical license.
- A strong commitment to clinical education and community-oriented care.
- Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
- This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
- As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
